Nearly $50 for a Custom Bottle — and They Literall
"I paid almost $50 for a customized S’well bottle, and what I received was honestly unbelievable. My confirmed design clearly showed three sets of a heart + smiley face icons placed side by side. Instead of printing the actual icons, their supplier literally printed the word “ICONS” on the bottle. How does this even pass quality control? For a customized product at this price, I expected someone to actually look at the confirmed design before producing it. The bottle is unusable to me as-is, and this feels incredibly careless and disappointing. I contacted S’well and requested either a full refund or a correctly made replacement. For nearly $50, this kind of mistake is completely unacceptable."
