How do I clean my tumbler?
The Glass+ Travel Tumbler is fully dishwasher safe. To clean, simply twist the outer sleeve and gently separate it from the glass insert. For a deeper clean, you can disassemble the lid by pulling the straw out from the top, then removing the silicone gasket. Place all parts in the dishwasher or hand wash with warm, soapy water. To reassemble, replace the silicone gasket first, ensuring the edges are fully pressed in through the opening, then insert the straw through the top of the lid and press until secure. Let it dry with the lid, straw, gasket, and sleeve removed. Do not use cleaners containing bleach, chlorine, abrasives and/or other harsh chemicals.

"Love the glass and how it’s insulated with the metal case. I love that it’s leakproof. It fits in the cupholder in my car. I love that the entire straw is silicone. However, there could be some changes to it. First of all, it’s HEAVY. Even when empty. And there’s no handle, so you risk the bottle slipping and dropping. The metal part is not dent proof and it easily “marks”. It accidentally rubbed near a wall while I was walking with it in my hand, and the color is rubbed off. And it didn’t even touch it that hard. The metal and glass sound is definitely an acquired sound to hear. The lid is metal and the top of the cup is glass so when you open and close the cup, you hear the slight nail to chalkboard sound. The silicone straw/lid attachment is kind of hard to take apart and clean. But it’s fine. And finally, I wish the bottom had some kind of boot or silicone bottom so that it doesn’t slip on the table or make a loud sound when I place it on a counter. I had to buy a silicone circle sticker and stick it on the bottom. This would also be a good feature to have, to help prevent the bottle from tipping, especially since it’s glass. Otherwise, this would be the perfect cup!!"

Steel outer shell for protection and keeping liquids cold. The tumbler fits super snug in the shell. Stainless Steel lid. Great little straw. I bought lilac & matcha and the dusty pink. I could not be happier! Tumbler perfection!!!!"

"I like it a lot! My one gripe is that sometimes the drink comes up the straw when there's some suction happening (it's happened with both carbonated drinks and non-carbonated iced tea), which obviously makes a mess. I think it's because the straw touches the very bottom of the interior glass, causing pressure to push the drink back up the straw. Loosening the lid fixes the issue but obviously not leak proof then. Just something to be aware of, I could always cut the straw a little shorter if needed. The dusty pink is also a soft pink (some videos show a brighter, more vibrant pink than I wanted, so I'm happy with that)!"
