The old switcharoo
"I ordered two tumblers but received a salad bowl. After contacting customer service, I was told to return the salad bowl at my own expense for a refund. But no offer to send the tumblers I actually paid for."

Great in many ways
"I like the size of this tumbler and that it's metal and that it has a metal straw and a handle. I didn't expect it to be as heavy as it is. I kind of need both hands to drink out of it. I also wish the straw had a bend in it which would make it easier to drink from. That being said, it's easier to clean this way. I also wish I weren't worried about the paint coming off if I put it in the dishwasher. That being said, it's a lovely color blue."
Design is adorable. Very good
"Design is adorable. Very good quality as always! It keeps the cold water stays cold for 24 hours! I’m not putting anything other than flavored water in it (I purposely avoid coffee), but for my use, I have found that the interior wall stays odor free. Never use other popular brands so I can’t compare to others."
"Arrived damaged. Poorly packaged, the box is with dents, the bottle was not secured inside and half way opened. The bottle has scratching on the bottom. And seems to be used since the plastic cover has micro scratching or so. UPDATE: they quickly processed my refund, so I appreciate that. Will try to purcahse another water bottle from them in hopes it will be better this time. Changung my review from 1 star to 3 stars"
Excellent purchase
"I love it. I wish it was some kind of cap for the straw, though. I wonder if you make something for that."
Very Happy
"All of the products I purchased are extremely well made and working as advertised. Would 100% recommend to others!"
Works well, keeps my drink
"Works well, keeps my drink very cold for hours. The only thing I would change is the lid I would want it to all be stainless instead of plastic, touching my drink. But it’s a very well-made insulated tumbler."
"Beautiful flowers! Perfect size & keeps my water cold for hours!"
Tumbler XL with Straw is the best!
"Absolutely love this S’Well 30 oz tumblers with handle, lid and stainless steel straw! It motivates me to drink plenty of water each day. Love the powder blue color, too! Highly recommended!"
"Love this bottle! Easy to clean, beautiful color & keeps my water cold!"
